Seth is too difficult (bug confirmed)

Yes, I know what you’re thinking: “Get better!” right?

No listen, I’m serious. It’s not simply a matter of learning how to play the game. I know how to play the game and Seth, the final boss in Street fighter 4, is genuinely fucked up.

He’s extremely hard to beat even when I play on the easiest difficulty setting. Every other character before Seth on that difficulty is stupid easy to beat. I can get several perfects if I’m focused. Setting it to easiest makes the game a cake walk, up until you reach Seth.

To prove my point I decided to record a play session. See for your self. Make up your own mind whether this guys seems easy to beat or not. I can attest he’s not, and I hope the video demonstrates that.

I love Street fighter 4 so far, but Seth is ruining it. Once you actually beat him, any joy you might have had before is gone. I hope Capcom would realize this and turn his gayness down a couple of notches.

Update #1:

The cats at the Gamespot forums have identified an obvious shift in Seth’s difficulty when the game is patched and installed on the hard drive. It also appears that the bug only affects the PS3 version. That’s three strikes for me and the video above is clear proof that something is definitely up.

Uninstalling the game supposedly solves the issue.

Update #2:

Bug (and solution) confirmed!!

    Dude, you got pwned.

The only way to beat final bosses in arcade games is through luck and button mashing. They’re designed that way so that noobs can beat them, but experienced players get fucked.

yes that was the most ridiculous boss battle i have ever faced on any fighter ever…after close to fifty tries i finally beat the piece of shit known as seth in the difficulty that the game came with….i can see though the the game is brobably glitched by the update….it was way to damn hard…at this difficulty i cant see trying to beat it again without ryu…..

and no, button mashing doesnt help….u have to block almost 75 percent of the time and then try to land some powerful counters….
