Tiny creatures

There are tiny creatures running around on my desk. I started noticing them after I moved to the new appartment. They’re too small to be baby cockroaches and they seem pretty harmless. Sometimes there’s just one or two, sometimes a whole bunch. They seem to like darkness and sugar. Leftover food not so much. What could they be?
Are they perhaps, angels?
